PeopleShare has an amazing opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to support a High End Jewelry Manufacturer in Center City, Philadelphia within thier Visual Merchandising Deptartment!

Marketing Specialist Job Details:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm - 40 hours per week and overtime as needed, overtime and weekends during Q4 peak season
• Pay Rate: $20.00
• Contract until March Marketing Specialist Job Description:
  • Assist with product and fixture coordination and merchandising and shooting of Directives
  • Assist with creation of Quarterly Visual Newsletter in InDesign
  • Assist with visual needs for Virtual Training in video studio (set design, product, etc.)
  • Assist in tracking visual execution in stores by organizing and managing database of incoming store photos
  • Assist with New Door opening process (VBI orders, etc.)
  • Request product pulls for internal visual needs. Check-in product once received. Ensure product is re-bagged and returned after use.
  • Assist in execution of event preparation, logistics & install and seasonal window install
  • Assist with implementation of visual initiatives within the store environment (testing new fixtures, signage, etc.)*Weekly upkeep/organization and inventory tracking of fixtures and visual elements in Event Room, Category Room, Video Studio and PR Kit Shelf
  • Researching and brainstorming trends, designs and creative ideas within the jewelry and retail industry
  • Assist in organizing field requests and communications in Visual portal Marketing Specialist Job Requirements:
    • 2 years of previous marketing, visual merchandising experience
    • High School Diploma required
    • Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, Access experience required
    • Experience in Jewelry/ luxury goods manufacturing industry a plus
    • Experience with InDesign
